The Crocus Project 2023/24
The Crocus Project 2023/24 is open for registration!
Holocaust Education Ireland presents schools with yellow crocus bulbs to plant in autumn in memory of all of the children who died in the Holocaust; 1.5 million Jewish children and hundreds of thousands of other children who were victims of Nazi atrocities. Information packs that include a Teacher’s handbook, posters, and booklist are provided to all participating schools. Each year a new cohort of students participate in the Crocus Project for the first time. They learn about the dangers of racism and discrimination and the importance of inclusion, acceptance and respect for all people.
