Kraków Study Visit: 31 October - 3 November 2023

The annual study visit to Kraków and Auschwitz-Birkenau took place from 31 October - 3 November 2023. Participants visited the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp complex, the Kazimierz District of Kraków, the Kraków ghetto and the Galicia Jewish Museum. They also met with Holocaust survivors and visited the town of Oswiecim.

The study visit was accompanied by preparation and reflection seminars before and after, in order to inform participants on what they should expect, and to foster discussions on their personal reflections on the impact of the study visit on wider issues that are relevant today.
